Who am I?
I found the capacity of my body late in life. Until then, I was decidedly unathletic. My dream is to share the empowerment strength training and proper nutrition have given me and help others navigate the pitfalls of popularized wellness media.
My Vision:
Create lifelong gymgoers and exercisers. Results will happen if consistency is bred. I know what it feels like to be lost and misguided in the gym, and that’s why I became a coach... to help people like me.
What is "Phased" Training?
Training for life means there is more than one fitness pursuit. Goals grow, morph and vary- as lives do. I can help you sort through the noise and concentrate your efforts in sprints toward your goals while keeping underlying motivations and long-term progress in mind. Using wearable technology and in-app integrations with leading fitness platforms we can harness your whole wellness into an all-encompassing plan.

What is it?
A personalized program catered to you, your goals, your equipment, your limitations, and your strengths. Form is important. Motor patterns are learned. If you never had anyone show you how or if you learned an inefficient way it could lead to roadblocks- or worse injury. To decrease injury risk and minimize technique-driven limitations, correct form should be taught. Selecting exercises that are accessible to you now, will get you closer to your goal while establishing good motor patterns. Your video submissions of exercises and our relationship will fuel your learning and progress.
